Darrel focuses on cost-saving, innovative strategies for employee benefits and other broad corporate planning. Darrel is a Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table and is a member of the National Association of Independent Financial Advisors. Darrel lives with his wife and three children in Mesa and has been consistently involved with youth sports, the Boy Scouts, and other volunteer activites.

			Sherri Dlabik Account Executive

			Sherri has worked with Financial Health Inc. since 1999, and has several years of experience servicing key accounts. Sherri finds joy in helping her clients understand and utilize their benefits. She has a passion for claims mediation and has a remarkable track record of high client satisfaction and retention achieved from her efforts. In her spare time she enjoys boating on the lake with her husband and children, as well as traveling and watching sporting events.


			Kären Stevens Account Executive

			Kären has several years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. She works closely with her clients assisting them with product education, claims mediation, and other administrative needs. One of the main joys of her career is developing new and long-lasting friendships with her clients. Kären also enjoys watching her children participate in their extra curricular activities, working out with her husband, traveling, and any time she can associatiate with friends and family.


			Kara Jobe Account Executive

			Kara's background includes many years working as an Occupational Therapist and running a successful business. Kara understands firsthand many of the concerns of the small business owner. She also brings specific knowledge of the healthcare industry, and the education industry to the firm. Kara enjoys working with people and is involved with various community activities and charities.


			Doreen Radzik Office Manager

			Doreen has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry with most of those years as a Customer Service manager. She currently manages the office for our Firm. Doreen is licensed in Health, Life and Disability insurance and has received the HIAA and IIA certificates. She is the Therapy Dog spokesperson for Banner Health and is the chairperson for Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.


			Georgia Jackson Marketing Manager

			Georgia has 15 years marketing experience with 5 of those years with Financial Health, Inc. A large portion of the consistent growth achieved by Financial Health Inc. over the last few years can be attributable to Georgia. She is many times the very first contact our new clients have with our Firm. Georgia is active in Community Family Services and volunteers regularly at her church.


			Kathy Ingram Customer Service Specialist

			Kathy has 16 years of office support experience with multiple financial firms. She is cheerfully responsible for much of the "behind the scenes" service for our clients.
